Credit card authorisation required to start trial.
Hidden in terms and conditions is that if not cancelled within 14 days of despatch (not delivery) then repeated payments taken from account.
They also send additional products on the same authorisation which are also charged to the card.
The additional products were not authorised, they are using one (legal) authorisation to send additional items.
Contacting their service centre 44 1418460059 goes to a call centre in India, where all the operators have very English names which are clearly false.
When pressed to refund the monies for the unauthorised goods they will issue a refund number and tell you to return the goods with proof of postage.
The address for returns will refuse to accept the package and no refund transpires.
