I agreed to a trial for around $5.
Products were charged to my bankcard 18 days later and I recieved the products 20 days from agreeing to trial.
I have sent emails to cancel but they are still taking unauthorised monies from my account.
I have the unopened bottles and wish to return them but they need to allocate me a RMA (return merchandise authorisation) number.
How do we stop this type of obvious crime!!!
