"Free trial" Rip off. Fraudulent busines practices

I accepted this "free trial" offer from a page of "offers" that were supposedly going to lead me to get a free satellite radio. I know, what a sucker! I usually don't fall for things like that.

The information given me when I signed up did not tell me that along with the "free trial" they would send additional product that I would either have to return (at my own expense) within 14 days or pay $63 for. I wrote them and told them they were not authorized to charge my credit card for any additional money and a representative said that I would not be.

The $63 went through my account today. The additional product they sent me was unsolicited. I was not told about it when I signed up, and did not know about it until it had already been shipped. It was then that I was sent a web-link showing the terms of the trial offer.

This company is a Rip-Off. They even refuse to refund for products returned after 14 days. Trial is for "artic white" tooth whitening system.
