I ordered a free trial of Acai Berry capsules, received 1 bottle by mail, called Maximum Burn Xtreme, and have been debited 3 times a total of AUD 95.57. The package was mailed from USA Zip Code 33020, signed in print by John McBride 10/11 2.27 PM. An order processing Centre address is shown as - 47 West Polk St Ste 100-248 CHICAGO IL 60605-2085. There was no documentation inside the package to describe the goods. I have not authorised any more than the free trial and have not authorised further supplies. The product received certainly does not have a value of AUD 95.57 even allowing for postage, as the value stated on the Customs declaration is USD 3.12. This would appear to be tantamount to fraud.

FURTHER to above, terms are deceptive and unfair. Free Trial is not free unless one calls to cancel ongoing supplies within 10 days of ordering. There is no email contact & no phone number supplied. Delivery to Australia took 15 days. The Miami phone number, I found on the bottle, is disconnected, one has to call the UK one) and there is no return address. After lengthy international call to UK I was told an email is being sent immediately to me with instructions on how to return product. I was also told I had to activate my own cancellation process using the email (which is non answerable) but no refund as 10 days had expired.

I was offerd $20 USD refund within 30 days to my credit card if the product was returned unopened.

I am still waiting for that email.
