Miscellaneous

I ordered the 'free trial' undertaking to pay the shipping costs, entering my credit card details. They sent out 4 supposedly 'trial items' in cheap packaging and containers looking very different from the pictures of the internet. As I had ordered a trial I thought this, although larger than expected, was the trial. They took money the day after I ordered the trial from my credit card for one item in full and have charged me after the trial period in full for the other three 'trial items'. Their terms and conditions state you can get a full refund within 30 days if you return the products unused within 30 days but I cannot do this as the free trial was the product and because I was under that impression I tried the product. I have phoned the company and they said they would cancel me off the system and offered me 3 free bottles which I, of course declined. I have emailed them and today received 4 separate emails for the 4 products to say they have cancelled my account. I am in the process of pushing for a refund on the grounds that it was a fraudelent transaction and goods were not as described.
