Residential - Green leave

My house is on 3529 Crooked Creek Dr. Diamond Bar, CA. I has been month that the driver did not pick up my green bin. I called the office several times and they send the driver to pick up. A week after then, the driver did not pick up again. I called the office and they told me I need to bundle up the palm leaves or put in to the green bin a little by little. I did as the person in the office told me by put the leaves a in the bin but the driver did not pick up again. I called them again. This I need to bundle it, to avoid all the trouble. I asked my gardener to help me bundle it but the driver still not pick up.
It am really frustrated with the service that the person in the office and driver. It is really noise service ever. I hope someone will help me resolve it.
