Deposit made but inmate calls would not connect

I put money on my account to talk to an inmate, and the next day he called but I couldn't talk to him. The call wouldn't come through. I have also tried calling the 866 number to check my account but cannot get through, and the website doesn't work. I can't find what I need to get to my account.
