Charges for calls to a removed number and threat of account block

I received charges for phone calls from a facility in Broward County, FL, to a number that I thought I had removed. I created the account to receive calls from my daughter in the Alachua County, FL, jail. I was told that since this number was once authorized, I was out the $50.77.

Moreover, I was told that if I reported these fraudulent charges to my credit card company, my account would be blocked and they would reinstate it only if I paid by MoneyGram or money order. I tried to talk to a supervisor about this but was refused that option and was cut off.
