Ripoff, money sent to this individual, money taken straight away, but no goods sent

Late janurary i found a website to buy dvd's and placed an order, this individual site guaranteed honesty and delivery of goods. Money for these goods ordered were taken from my account on febuary 1st 2005 and goods were never recieved.

However, he did email me a couple of times assuring me that the goods will be sent and thanking me for my patience. Goods were never sent. Upon writing him numerous emails he has ignored all emails sent from me up until this day.

Please ensure no-one uses this website as this will happen to anyone ordering from this person. Is it possible to know whether anyone else has ordered from this person and had the same result as i have?
