I purchased some glasses from perfumefreezone.com. I got the wrong glasses and so I returned them. They hadn't given me a refund so I contacted them via e-mail asking them why I hadn't gotten my refund. They asked me for proof of delivery, which I did.
I had then attempted to just exchange them for a different pair. For about 3 weeks they had placed the order, the company should had recieved the glasses and then should have shipped them to me. After the 3rd or so week I attempted to contact them several times asking them why haven't I recieved my glasses. I got no response. I then send them several other e-mails asking them to refund me my money and still, I got no response. It has now been two months and I still do not have the glasses I order, nor my refund.
