I ordered this product before I went on a trip as a precaution against bedbugs which I had heard were rampant in many hotels. I never had occasion to use it. What I am irked at is that they kept sending me several additional shipments; I had missed reading the final casual statement that said they would send replenishments on a regular basis. I found a phone number to call (no e-mail address anywhere). I called several times before I got through to talk to a person due to the time zones.

I think when a repeat shipment is to be made it should be clearly stated and specifically agreed to by the purchase
