Miscellaneous

Ordered the $4.95 21 day trial through a phone call I received. I asked the woman at least 3 times if I was going to be enrolled in automatic shipments or if I am obligated to buy anything in the future or even do I have to call to cancel. Each answer was "No, we don't do that here". I told her that if this were the case that I was not interested. She assured me that further shipments will not be made unless I call and order. I did not.
Three weeks later my credit card was charged $49.95 and I got a new shipment about a week later. I sent it back, unopened, per the request of the woman I spoke with to get the RMA. The shipment reach them 1/14. Feb. 19 I callled to see where my credit was and she looked it up and agreed the shipment arrived and that I would get a full refund. The refund was for $40. When I called they said I had to pay a restocking fee (this name changed several times) which I was told was on the invoice inside my package. I never opened the package. Long conversation today (2/25). I never ordered the second bottle, never agreed to automatic shipments. The girl on the phone said there was some "misunderstanding" but there is nothing that they can do. They will not refund the $9.95
