Three Card Charges Not Made by Me, Number Reaches No One

There are 3 card charges on my account that I did not make. The number FB gives does not let you talk to anyone. I had to call my bank, try to stop the charges, and cancel my card.

FB needs to do something about this. When this happens, they need a number so you can talk to someone!
