I made a small purchase of credits on 8/8 for $8.00 which went thru my bank acct and the next day Facebook put thru a charge of
$99 and sent me a receipt sent to my email address. I called the
bank and called the number for them and they don't take phone calls, direct you to a facebook charge website. I filled out the
form and today got an email saying that there was suspicous activity on my acct and my account has been closed and that I must send them a copy of a govt card, driver license, etc. Sent by
computer, (I don't think so). They are supposed to put a credit
through 3-5 days. I will lose all of my information on Facebook along with all my credits I have accumulated. Since I have several
security companies on my computer and they scan each day and I
have no viruses, this has to be a problem with Facebook.
