Surprise $99 Charge After $8 Credits Purchase, Account Closed

I made a small purchase of credits on 8/8 for $8.00, which went through my bank account. The next day Facebook put through a charge of $99 and sent a receipt to my email address. I called the bank and called the number for Facebook, but they do not take phone calls and direct you to a Facebook charge website.

I filled out the form, and today I got an email saying that there was suspicious activity on my account, that my account has been closed and that I must send them a copy of a government card, driver license, etc. by computer (I don't think so). They are supposed to put a credit through in 3-5 days. I will lose all of my information on Facebook along with all the credits I have accumulated.

I have several security companies on my computer and they scan each day, and I have no viruses, so this has to be a problem with Facebook.
