Game Bought for Grandson Led to Automatic Credit Card Charges

I bought a game from Facebook for my grandson and entered my credit card number to pay for it. It seems Facebook keeps the credit card on file, so when my grandson was asked if he wanted to go to the next level or something like that, there were charges applied to my credit card.

There was no asking for a credit card or letting us know there would be a charge. It is charged automatically, and I cannot get hold of anyone at Facebook, and neither can the bank. I would like to talk to someone at Facebook.
