Dog groomer from hell

I brought my dog in and asked that they don't shave her.
If they were going to shave her I'd pick her up and go somewhere else. I brushed this dog every day and she was not in deplorable shape, when I picked her, to my horror they had shaved my dog. Who in the hell are these people to take it in their own hands to do what they want. I have never been so pissed in my life. Don't do what your not asked to do.
