Pet groomer rip your off on the phone quote for $48 for 7 pounds dog, went there charged $62

ON the phone. Petco East Brunswick quoted me $48 for 7 pounds Maltese. When I went there they told me $62. And they shave all hair of my dog even though I told them Never Shave My dog due to his sensitive skin. But they still did it.

I brought up the issue to the manager after I saw the dog, he told me nothing he can do.

My dog was sick after Petco groomer shaved his hair. He was very upset for about a month till the hair starting to grow.

I called the corporate customer service line, they told me there is nothing they can do as well...

NEVER NEVER bring your dog for grooming in Petco please. They are going to hurt your dog, and after all this happen you still have to pay for whatever amunts they told you to pay...
