Foriegn man, possibly India, called saying I was approved for "free" government grant money. I needed to pay a $3.?? Fee for my account and pin numbers. He asked what I was useing the money for? Long story short. Not giving my bank or credit card numbers out over the phone. Felt it was a scam.
