Foreign sounding man, possibly India, called saying I was approved for "free" government grant money. I needed to pay a $3.?? Fee for my account and pin numbers that he needed to have access to. He asked what I was using the money for? Long story short. Not giving my bank or credit card numbers out over the phone. Felt it was a scam. When I looked him up (while he was talking to me on the phone) I told him that I was looking him up and he immediately hung up.
