I received a call from a guy with a very heavy accent that said a panel of expert grant writers approved me for free money from the United States Government - FREE MONEY.

When I asked him the name of his company he provided it: UNITED STATES FINANCIAL RESOURCES

When I asked him why I was receiving money he referred to his script: "A panel of experts...

When I told him I had just looked him up on the internet and was reading through 115 complaints about a scam about his company he assured me this was NOT A SCAM.

When I told him I didn't want to be included in any offers form his company and to take me off of his list - he talked over me. After repeating DO NOT CALL (3X).

When I asked him why I was receiving free money: He hung up on me.

I'm reporting this to my local news station here in Pittsburgh - I think they would be interested in this story; to warn their viewers especially since US FINANCIAL RESOURCES is stating that its money from the US Government!
