Howard paid $4,500.00 into my PayPal account. The money was cleared and I spent it. He then reversed the money and took it back. He refuses to pay. I now owe PayPal and live on a fixed income and can not afford to pay them. I will be taken to collections and this will ruin my credit. His phone number is 828-394-1722. He refuses my calls and will only respond to a text. I need this money put back into my PayPal account.
