Allows fraud

As soon as I registered with paypal, I received a call from my credit card company that someone was attempting to charge $5000 to my account with some other smaller charges. I have shopped on the internet for years nad nothing like that has ever happened, until I joined paypal. I had to cancel some transactions that weren't mine on the credit card. Paypal was notified and refused my card all together. Nothing should have been affected by paypal at all. When I contacted them to straighten things out, they just refused to let me and cancelled all my transactions with them. Needless to say I received some angrey emails from some merchantsfrom whom I made some ligit purchases. Paypal just refuses to let me fix my account.
