I had signed up for a 24 hr free trial. It said if I didn't cancel subscription id be chatged $37.99. So I checked out the site and wasn't impressed due to how expensive credits cost and shows charged. I spoke w a customer service rep and said it was a lifetime free account. And would only be charged for credits onky. Next day boom $37.99 charge on my credit card. I requested a refund thru their customer service and got no where. This is a bad company
