Victoria's Secret Order Lost and Not Traced

I ordered 2 bras from Victoria's Secret and they were supposed to be delivered by the 26th of July. I never got merchandise. Called UPS and was told that they couldn't even try to trace the package after it was lost! Numerous calls to UPS have resulted in no action taken.
