WFNNB - Victoria's Secret - World Financial National Network Bank
Harassment calls from collectors, Claim not received our Money Order, and add interest to our account

We had sent a money order paid to WFNNB Victoria's Secret for our purchase payment. However, WFNNB claimed that they have not received the payment. We checked the money order and noticed that someone, if not WFNNB, did cash the money order.

We have sent WFNNB a copy of the money order indicating the proof of payment. However, they claim that this is not sufficient proof that they did take the money. Since then, I have been receiving numerous harassment calls from collectors claiming that I have not paid my Victoria's Secret bill.

Any help?
