Ripoff took $249.95 out of my bank account bank of america

Netchex premier health care took $249.95 out of my account on 11/1/04. Telling me they were giving me a credit card, for $3,500. Thats been 8 weeks ago. I have called then a number of times. They even have my right adress. I check that out. Today is 12/30/04. I called them today, they said they did not recive the funds? Then i called back and they said they were late on mailing my package out and wanted my email adress. They have tried a no. Of times to take money out of my account. One time it was over $400. Im tired of it. They have overdrawn my account, with overdraft fees. Can you help me. Call them with the 800 number i gave you and find out for me, if its a ripoff, or what it is. Please help me!
