I was contacted by a "representative" of premier health care and offered a credit card with a $5,000 limit. I gave them my account info over the phone and they billed my account. I still haven't recieved anything from them even though they sent me the signature papers over a week ago. This is total B-S and it needs to be stopped right now! They did all of this for a one time charge of 249.95 and there would be no monthly fees and no annual fees either. The fixed APR is . 9 and you are guaranteed a $5,000 credit line.
