My first contact with Premier Health was in November. They told me about this "nice" deal about being automatically approved for a credit with a $5,000 limit all I had to do was pay $249.95 in order to participate in the credit program and health program of $19.95 should I choose to accept it. I thought this would be a great opportunity since Christmas and my daughter's birthday was coming. To me it meant being able to finally take her Christmas shopping and give her a birthday party. When nothing transpired after two weeks, I became concerned. First they over charged me by $50 which I complained about and eventually got the $50 back. So I waited and waited. Christmas and my daughter's birthday came, and I struggled through it, not able to give her a party.

I called and asked a woman named Dawanda if I could cancel the program which she then told me if I cancelled I would not get my $249.95 back. So I tried to wait and wait.By the time the new year hit, I had not received nothing. But felt there was nothing I could until March when I called around and called around and no one had heard of Premier Health. So I called Premier Health back and explained my disappointment and how I never received a signature card from a credit card company or a financial institution and wanted my money back. Surprisingly without arguments, they agreed to refund the $249.95. But had not sent the information over to NetChex who sends out the refund checks.

Since March 8 I have been fighting to have my refund of $249.95 refunded. Finally Premier Health submitted the information properly via approval from the supervisor on March 14. Matt at NetChex said the information was submitted and received and that the check would be processed the next day. I called back on March 15 and was told (by Matt) that the check was processed but he could not see an exact date of mailing. On March 21, I called to confirm and was told that the check was mailed out on March 15. Eleven days passed (including Saturdays) and still I have not received the check. So I called on March 29 to find out the status and if there was a delay or if the check had actually been issued. Now I was told that they had no record the check being sent out after I read them my notes word for word. I could not speak with a supervisor and was told frequently that they would call me back for them to find out what happened. When asked to overnight the check to avoid an additional 10-day wait, I was told it would inquired but was not sure if it could be done.

NetChex will not give you the right information each time you call. You call them and you find out something different every time, or you find out what you already know. They ask you for a check number, but how can you give them a check number when you have no check in hand or no check information available from them.

I am going to the media including local authorities in Marietta with this information regarding Premier Health and NetChex to expose these companies for their fraudulent scams of innocent consumers who are trying to find easier ways of living. Premier Health took advantage of people suffering from poor credit histories and need to be stopped. Check people out before you give up your financial information. A lesson well learned.
