Mwi Premier Health
Stole money from my bank account, resulting in many overdrafts! Consumer rip-off fraud

Mwi Premier Health stole money from my bank acount! I never even have heard of them and I never gave them permission to take my money. They some how got a hold of my credit card number and used it to their advantage.

They billed me for $199.95 with out my permission. This resulted in me having insuficent funds to cover the rest of my bills and purchase day to day needs and medication. They left a phone number on my bank statement and I called and they said that I had called one of their info commercials and had signed up, which I never did.

I talked to a man named Larry and explained my problem, he said that he would get his supervisor for me and hung up the phone. The results of this is now I owe my bank $224.00 alone in overdraft fees and another $200.00 in paid checks. The steps I have taken have been: called my local police and filed a report with them. Next I called the Department of Consumer affairs and filed a report with them. I have cancelled my account at my bank and next is to Sue Mwi.
