Failure to refund after immediate notification of their charge error - wave water park Vista

The wording was confusing, I ordered 1 package of 4 tickets to the Wave waterpark. I was charged for 4 packages of 4 tickets each not 1 package of 4 tickets. I notified them immediately after the web site did not let me edit the amount or cancel the order and was told there would be a refund or a reversal of the charges. They instead put a groupon credit on my account for future use so that the error charge would continue to go through to my credit card. When I objected they wouldnt respond. Beware of practices that are not on the up & up
