I placed order for tickets. 2 days later i still did not receive the over night shipped tickets. When i called they told me: sorry your tickets been sold to someone else by mistake! Why you did not contact me? When you charged my credit card? No good answer. I asked for refund. Now a month later, i am only receiving the same answer: we just sent you he refund, you will get it in the next business day.
