Waste of time with worldwide travel

I have read too many sad stories about this company and I want to add my own misery. I too donated a Kar4kids and received a coupon for three days and two nights vacation. I have talked to a rep before I sent all the required documents and a check since a spot is opened up. A few weeks later, everything is returned with a note saying that if I rescheduled, I need to send everything back with a three dollar check. I called and was asked to choose three cities. They are not available according to the rep. Within the 90 days timeframe, they are not able to schedule anything. They asked if we want to go to south carolina and it is totally ridiculous since we live in california. We went back and forth with the rep, her supervisor and there was absolutely no resolution. It is a total waste of your time. Everyone, beware.
