My only phone is a cell phone and the inmate is supposed to call you with their ONE free call collect. Obviously I cannot accept a collect call on my cell phone and even their application form asks if the number is a cell phone. When I called them to activate the account and they told me this I told her I wanted a refund and not to activate my account. She activated me anyway. I'm calling my credit card company and blocking the charge. I wish I had checked them out on line before I did this but I've never had to deal with stuff before...
