"ABased on our records, you already used the Jail Call Services local number that we provided for you. Please be advised that your Jail Call Services local number is still active and the settings are all set up. Rest assured the problem is not on our end.
The issue you're having relating to receiving your inmate's calls is likely due to you not funding your account with your inmate's jail pre-paid providers our website explains and our activation agent mentioned, our service simply makes your inmate's calls qualify as LOCAL rather than long distance. Your inmate must still call you "collect", which charges are paid for using your pre-paid account."
What I'm going to do now is have my sponsor kid call me collect after I put another 25.00 additional to his account. Then I'll have him call me collect assuming he's allowed.
In the next few days I'll add to this message the results. Hopefully its all an misunderstanding on how to use this service. Cause I'm so frustrated if this were my kid. I dont know what I'd do.
