My son is locked up in jail in northampton county jail, so i went online to aquire a local collect call company to pay for my son collect call, so i saw this beautiful advertising about low rate collect calls, i read the information on how it works so i tryed it they call me told to give my son a # that they gaved me, i'd gave it to my son, and my son have'd been trying to call me and it won't go thru, i've being calling them, no answers, send them an e-mail, no answer, try to go online, to get in contact with them, call them, left a message and they don't call back, try to cancelled, and now i cant cancelled it because there's no refound... Shame, shame, shame!!!
