Took groupon to Jiffy Lube for Oil Chg, Tire Rotation, Rain X windshield treatment. After they had car in store and drained oil they asked me what kind of oil I wanted. I said the oil that comes with the Groupon. He showed me the selection I had to pick from. 69.00 dollars and up. I said I didn't expect to pay with a groupon. He said I have to pay the differance in the oil. I wasn't happy. I said ok. When they pulled the car out it cost me an additional $30.00. I asked them if they did the windows and the gril told me they rain x'd the windows and vaccumed the car. I drove away only to notice down the road the windows weren't touched and the didn't vaccum the car. Plus they had greasy finger prints on the hood. Unaccecptable. They told a bold face lie. I would never go there again. I want some action taken
