Jiffy Lube blew out my engine

I went to Jiffy Lube in Oxnard for an oil change. They forgot to add oil to my car causing it to have a complete engine fail. More than a month after, I am still fighting with Jiffy Lube to get them to pay for a replacement engine for my car plus the cost for a car rental even though they had already admitted guilt The Jiffy Lube in Oxnard is a joke! They are the most dishonest business I have ever had to deal with.
