"I received notification in the mail from this company in May regarding minimizing the years left on my mortgage payment. I was advised that by entering into this program i could pay off my mortgage in less than the 30 years that i have on the mortgage. I was advised that i needed to pay $3500 to get the full program. I paid the $3500 with my credit card and was given the information on how to enroll and how to enter the necessary information into the programed site. I was told that upon entering the information i would see each month just how quickly the program would being working for me. Needless to say i have had this program now for 1 year and i feel that i have been ripped off, i feel that this is some type of SCAM because this program has done no more for me than i could have done on my own, i enter the information into the program and it shows on the screen that i have lowered my years by months THAT'S IT nothing else and i am now out of $3500 for that i could have calculated that on my own. I am very dissatisfied and upset that a company would take advantage of someone by promising something and taking monies from customers but not delivering any meaningful results. They advised me that i had to pay for something that i found out after not seeing any results and going to my bank that i could have gotten for free. I would really like a refund of my monies or i will seek additional help from the Ohio State Consumer Protection Section of the Attorney Generals Office. "This program is definitely a SCAM!!!
