Deceptive loan

About three years ago I had purchased a home on the island of Hawaii. The loan at the time was interest only for three years. I was looking to refinace to get a fixed thirty year mortgage. I had recieved information in the mail from Utah financial who is a broker. The information that I had received did not indicate that the program was a negative am program. I did not find that out until about a month later when I had contacted my credit card company to consolidate loans. When I had found out that is was a negative am. Program I had called AHMSI who had held the mortgage on my property. They told me that they could not help me and that I needed to go back to Utah financial in which case I did. Utah financial told me that there was nothing that they could do and to go back to AHMSI. AHMSI at the time was going through chapter 11 and was not returning calls or answering emails. When they finally answered my calls I was told that they would not change the program and from a negative am. Since then I have tried to sell the property numerous times to get out. I have even tried to refi here in Honolulu but when the financial institutions here have tried to contact AHMSI to have the pre-pay penalty waived they refused. I am a disabled veteran who have been taken advantage of by predators of the mortgage industry, because prior to refinancing with AHMSI my balance was at a little over $200,000, now I am into it for over $230,000 and growing. I have written to and faxed AHMSI a letter to surrender the property. I have not recieved any response from them only another bill that has a late payment charge. I have invested alot of money into the property for which I had purchased for my retirement but it looks like because of this deceptive practice I will lose my home and have my credit ruined. Prior to this my credit score was on the high 700s'. Who knows what is will be after my house is foreclosed. Any information or help that I might be able to get to out of toxic program since AHMSI does not respond to me will be greatly appreciated
