No escape hook program

The program comes on as a message from msn stating that a worm has been found in the computer.By clicking on further information, you enter a program from which there is no escape or cancel options.

$39.99 is automatically charged against you with the option of another $79.99 annually.

Msn denies any knowledge of the program and provides a website which goes back to QWest... Who also denies that they have any information.

Thanks to Ad-Aware, I became aware that spy programs were locked into my computer through the "Buysmarter.com" program. It also shows up as "Intelligent desktop."

I really would like to know how to get rid of this program!
