My daughter, Karen Riley, contacted Bonnie via email after an advertisement in Craig's list. She responded and set up to sell an Honda Accord 2006 for $1800 including shipping and all expenses. Then she was going to put it through ebaymotors to handle since she was in Porto, Portugal and had moved there with her family. There was a third party, Jerry (Jeremy) Letto that gave an address of 49 E. 9th St., Huntington Station, NY 11746-1713, since he needed to show ID to receive the money through MoneyGram, but I don't believe that is his address. I did find him in New York City. He picked up the money and then my daughter, Karen, was told by ebaymotors that the car was in the process of shipping, then there was no insurance on the vehicle and they wanted another $1,000 that would be refunded when the vehicle was delivered. At that point we called ebaymotors and discovered it was a scam. My daughter sent an email back and told them this was misrepresentation and to send her money back since the car couldn't ship and it was the seller's responsibility. We also called Columbus, Ohio, police (our address 3990 Leather Stocking Trail, Columbus, Ohio) and reported the fraud. Bonnie gave an address of Avenida Da Republica 620 Porto 4430-205 Portugal, but I found her on twitter as Bonnie Bratton @Bonnie_xo still in London, England, talking about going to Porto, Portugal on holiday with her Portugese boyfriend, Vitor Costa. She is in Blackheath, London, England in college and just 18. If you could get money back it would be great as my daughter is in college, 22, has a 5-year-old daughter and another due next month, so that is all the money she had. Thanks.
