We met online, he told me that his wife had died and he had a 6 year old daughter. Parents lived in Portugal and had both died.
He claimed to be a construction engineer and was going to London to do a gov't job.
He then got a cel phone gave me the number 011-447024053976 and communicated a few more weeks. Then he said there was a problem with one of the buildings and needed to come back to Florida to get money as the Gov't told him he had to rebuild the collapsed building. He didn't have enought money to fly his daughter and him. I originally sent money WU but they returned it. He then asked me to wire money to a Leslee Doane, 500 Woodland Drive Millrae CA 94010 USA to her account 322271627 JP Morgan Chase Bank, National Assoc 10 S El Camino Reale Millbrae, CA 94030 USA
I wired money through my bank on Oct 11 i/a/o $4850 USD. His flight got cancelled and needed more money so Oct 16/12 send another $3500 USD to Leslee Doane account through my bank and then he said the gov't stop paying his hotel and needed to pay and sent another $3000 on Oct 18 same way again.
He said that he had been detained by Gov't for abandoning the project and said they had taken his daughter to a Centre. He then said he was going to court and said he could only email me because his cel phone was in the bag with other docs that were taken away from him... Not heard from him since.
