Unprofessional and unethical in business

I had signed a package for 5 treatment, before this package i have paid for 2 EPL treatment and the experience was so terrible that my skin suffer for serious pain, at first i thought my skin is too sensitive to take the treatment and when i feedback they ask me to take another treatment - soothing mask that will clam my skin since my skin is too sensitive without any proper checking (like equipment to examine the skin texture).
I trusted them because i seldom visit any beauty saloon and i don't think Singapore government allow unethical shop to run business in this region. But it turn out another nightmare. I still suffer from Serious pain that i can't sleep the whole night, you can feel that your skin is burning and ants bitting. I need to continue slap my own face to ease the itches. When I feedback once again, they said they will examine my face and put simply another mask on my face without my permission. The terrible experience reappeared and i was so angry why am i paying so much to suffer and these people simply don't bother about the customer welfare.
I called and ask for refund but they refused just asked me to change to another package which i already suffer so much for all the treatment, the consequences might cause damage to my skin, who is going to responsible for that. The worst parts are these people do not feel sorry or regret for what they done. They simply push away their responsibility that you signed the packaged on our willingness have nothing to do with them.
I find these people are too unethical; unprofessional and they should be punished for such selfish act. Please tell the people don't ever visit this saloon. You will be regretted.
I am going to file a complaint to case and i really think i need to warm others to become another victim.
