Me and my parents went to this grill buffet and I asked for 2 seniors and 1 regular and I told gentleman that I have coupons. He told me that if I got 3 regular - he will take my coupons, if not - it will be cost me more. I asked again for my parents (who are seniors) and he started to explain me again and again - like I am stupid and didn't understand him. I asked for 3 regular and 2 ladies came and started to laugh at my face (like it was very funny!). He was very rude, unprofessional. Then he asked me again it will be OK and I said yes and after that he told me he wanted to save my money (who asked him for that!) and when I asked who is a manager - he said he was (and he was not telling the truth). Then he brought me to another guy who also told me he is manager and when I asked who I can complain about situation (I was already so so angry and I told him that customer service was discusting), he told me Why I am here and verbally kicked me out (he was very very unprofessional and made me feel like I am very stupid) he repeated the same things - if I wanted to keep another coupons or not and speak with me like didn;t understand any
English words). I grab my parents who didn;t understand what happened (their poor English) So we needed to go to another restaurant and everybody had bad mood (Happy Father's Day!) I am still do not understand why they do that to me and why they talked to me like I am not speak or understand English. I came from Europe and my English very good and I didn;t have any issues to communicate with people. If somebody can come back to me and let me know why people who keep business like that - very rude, unprofessional and don't tell truth.
