Ripoff Discrimination of employment

I started with the company in July. I had to be on probation for 90 days. I work there with mostly Haspanics. Over 50% could not speak english. They put with people that could not talk english and had me work with them.

They could not explain what I had to do and the supervisior was bilingual and did not explain the job to me that I had to preform.

I end up only working there for 2 weeks. They let me go with saying I did not follow the supervisior instuctions. Which I feel I followed all here instruction when asked.

They would not help me to understand what was required of me. The floor manager made a statement that he hired me to help them when I told him that the supervisior was putting me with people that did not speak our understand english.

When she came to talk to the people I was working with she would talk to them in spanish and would not say nothing to me except you will work with them and no other explanation.
