Miscellaneous

I had checked on getting a grant on the internet a while back. I get a call today from a poor english speaking man named Andrew Garcia. He stated I was approved for a grant. Asked if I had one before and I said yes. I told him to go to school. He asked what I wanted this for and I said Medical bills and medications. He said that was ok. He said normally they would charge $59.00 and some cents but they was waving that and it would only cost me $3.87. He was very hard to understand and I had to ask him repeatedly to repeat what he said. He wanted a debit or credit card. I told him I didn't have any. He asked me"do you really not have one or you don't want to give it to me?"I told him I didn't have any. He asked me to see if my friends or family would let me use their cards for this. He gave me a confirmation number and to call and talk to him directly. If anyone else answered I was to ask to speak to him only. I could hear other people in the back ground talking like a telemarketer's place. I do not believe this is legitimate. He needs turned in to someone for this scam.
