This was supposed to be a free trial. I ordered the product and due to illness It was left at the post office as I wasn't in when it was delivered
I phoned customer service to tell them that I hadn't received the product and I didn't want it. I was told that I had missed the deadline of 2 weeks for the free trial by 1 day so therefore I would be charged. I told them I hadn't received the product and it was supposed to be a free trial anyway.
When I did go to the post office they told me the product had been returned to sender
So I have been charged $240 for something that I never received.
This is fraud how can I claim my money back?
