Dri*Bromlite
This is a rip off as I only wanted the trial sample but they kept charging my account after I refused them

I orderd a trial sample of the diet cleanser from Bromlite but returned it. I also refused all following bottles sent to me. I emailed the company through a site to cancel my order not knowing you had to call.

I then called to make sure they received my returned packages and was told it went to a warehouse and they did not know about the return. I asked to receive all my money back but they said it was my lost.

I asked if they would not refund my money and was told I had to call customer service to cancel and could not just refuse or send the item back with a note in the envelope. I think this is a very unfair practice.

I did not see any where on the site where it stated that and have seen on other complaint sites that it is in very small print at the bottom of the page.
Not everyone can read this small of print.

I am going to make sure other people are not treated as I was. I also had to call and cancel the very day of ordering my trial sample some other thing they tried to add to my order. I told that person I only wanted the free trial sample I ordered and nothing else.

I still kept getting this stuff and kept refusing and even sent back the free trial sample with a letter stating I no longer wanted this as my doctor would not let me use the product due to health reasons.

I will never buy another thing on the internet unless it is from someplace like
Wal-Mart, Target or Best Buy. It has made me so mad and the money they have stole from me will make my car payment. Due to the financial status of this country and my family this is a lot of money.

They have said I will get this last charge refunded to me but it will take up to at least 10 to 14 days. They are keeping the over $300.00 that they have stole from me so far.

Please do not use this product as it is a rip off company and will keep charging your account. I am going to contact my bank to get a new debit card so they can not get the new number. This way they will not be able to keep charging my account in the future.

I am also going to contact local TV and newspaper that helps people that get ripped off. Supposedly this was to be a local person selling this item so I guess this is also a scam.
