They were unable to fix the problem after two days of keeping me on my phone and taking over my computer. After the third day I beggged them to return my fee and resstore the computer to the way it was. They refused and continued to work on it until it was completely boken and they told me I had to have it fixed by a local technician. I incurred and additional $200.00 fee to fix what they broke. I was told that others have had similar complaints about this company
