On the bottom right side of my screen this advertisment would alwayse be there in my way could not delete it! Stating there was help to fix my computer, which i reall did need my computer fixed. I ASK IF THERE WAS CHARGES AND IF I COULD FIND a free antivirous that i could down load, they said that was what thed did they could fix it. Then i was told what i owed and i am still having problems with my computer. Very worried customer, because i do no how i can pay my credit card. Need help.
